Having aluminum core reinforcement makes them the most durable shutters on the market today. They are fire retardant, moisture resistant, extremely energy efficient, and are guaranteed not to warp, crack or split.

Poly Core Shutters are easy to clean and maintain by wiping them with mild soap and water solution. They are unaffected by moisture, making them the ideal choice for kitchens, baths/spas, laundry rooms or exterior applications.

Combining PVC and an aluminum core. All of the rails, stiles, and louvers are reinforced with an aluminum core. The rail is screwed and stile together with two 3/16” X 3” self tapping screws in each corner of the panels. These corners prevent the panels from racking, thus creating the strongest panels in the industry today. The aluminum reinforced louvers prevent sagging in wider panels, where Polycore can reach 36” in width.
